It looks like the RFP has essentially been cancelled.

“I talked to (West Virginia Commerce Secretary) James Bailey a little while ago today, who told me that the WV Department of Commerce, WV DNR (West Virginia Division of Natural Resources) and WV Parks have decided not to proceed forward with any of the proposals for RVs at Cacapon that were submitted in response to the RFP that the State put out some months ago,” wrote Senator Charles Trump (R-Morgan) in an email earlier today.
